Step1
After accurate weighing and mixing the ingredients are fed through high accuracy Brabender Loss in weight feeder
Step2
The Microprocessor controlled Twin Screw Extruder is used to thoroughly compound and mix the polymer and other ingredients to achieve maximum possible dispersion
Step3
Each and every lot of the finished products go through strict quality control tests before dispatch by highly experienced professional and strict quality parameters
Step4
After Online QC the products are packed as per export quality to ensure safe handling and avoiding transport hazard and weathering conditions.
